Key Estate transaction - Madou Center

In December 2016, KEY ESTATE advised in the sales transaction of the building Madou Center, Av Bischoffsheim 1-8, 1000 Brussels. Key Estate sold the building to 2 separate buyers.

Madou Center, former building of Wereldhave and currently the headquarters of DKV/Ergo, is located along the inner circle of Brussels, in the district Kunst/Wet which represents the most important business center of the city.

Designed and build by Herpain in 1976, this building represents an area of 12.162 sqm office space spread over 7 floors with underground parking and archive facilities. The building was refurbished in 2002.

The upper floors (5-7) with a total of 3.997 sqm will be occupied by 3 Flemish organisations, VVSG – OVSG - GSD-V.  The lower floors (0-4), 8.165 sqm in total, are acquired by Growners (former SV Patrimonia).  Growners will sell different surfaces to endusers, available as from mid 2018.
